SUMMARY OfficeTeam is seeking candidates for an SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position with a local company in the Lehigh Valley. This SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take on different responsibilities quickly. In the SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer communications and you will assist customers with orders and ensure timely response to all calls and orders. The SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position does require flexibility working 4:00am to 12:30pm after the first few weeks of training, but can be a remote position. Sounds interesting? REQUIREMENTS Strong Customer Service experience preferred, at least 2-5 years' experience Strong knowledge of customer service practices Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills Excellent ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Must be a reliable and dependable individual! Flexibility working 4:00am-12:30pm Must be fluent in either Norwegian, Polish, or German languages

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
