Strategic Account Executive

Job Duties::
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve meet and exceed assigned unit and sales goals, analyses customer performance, trends, product mix, pricing and advertising/promotion value to drive sales.
Develop effective business partnerships with the external software integration and dealer/distribution network to assist in introductions to key customer accounts and in promoting Olympus Professional Audio products.
Develop territory business plans, identifies target customer accounts and delivers high impact presentations on the benefits of Olympus solutions to partners and end users.
Prepare and present product demonstrations emphasizing the features and benefits of Olympus Professional Audio products and other documentation-related products to meet the needs of customers and third- party companies and to achieve business territory sales plans.
Actively participate in conferences, trade shows and other venues to capture customer leads and demonstrate product functions and benefits.
Follow up in a timely fashion with qualified customer leads.
Provide accurate forecasting for each distributor, dealer, and integrator, soliciting assistance of Inventory Analysts and key contacts within each customer; works closely with Risk Management and Sales Administration to resolve all authorized and unauthorized deductions, charge-backs.
Develop a keen knowledge of market competitors, their activities, new products, prices, and changes; provides regular feedback to the team.
Perform all other relevant job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements::

Bachelor?s Degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant area of study is required. Equivalent knowledge and experience will be considered.
Minimum of 5 years sales experience is required; consumer or medical equipment channels are preferred.
Minimum of 3 years business development experience is required.
Experience in clinical documentation products preferred. Knowledge and understanding of Medical proposals and contracting is necessary.
Knowledge and understanding of all Policies, Procedures and Accreditations surrounding Medical IT solution and services selling is essential.
Capability to work both as an individual and as part of a team is necessary.
Must be highly energetic self starter with high aspirations to drive for results.
General understanding of business policies and practices is essential.
Must have excellent communication skills - presentation, written and verbal.
Knowledge and understanding of EHR & PACS systems is preferred.
Must be able to travel.
Valid Driver?s License is required.
Must be able to work flexible hours as required.

Center Valley, PA - The Strategic Account Executive generates target revenue from the sales of Olympus Professional Audio products for assigned distributors, dealers, & integrators in North America by managing budgets, forecasts, products and availability, and by representing OAI policies, programs (authorized dealer program), and products in an ethical, professional and business-like manner. The incumbent develops and services targeted customer accounts for Olympus Professional Audio products; explores and fosters new business opportunities in the medical sector and other potential sectors by working closely with external integration/distribution partners.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
