Transactional Attorney with 1-5 years of corporate experience

Center Valley office seeks transactional attorney with 1-5 years of experience.
The candidate will be representing corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships of all types.
Will handle small to multi-million dollar transactions for buyers, sellers, investors, lenders and business owners.
Contract review and negotiation in a wide variety of areas such as leases, licenses, distribution agreements, independent contractor agreements and manufacturing agreements.
Financing, loan documentation and work-out documentation.
Seller and buyer due diligence.
Stock purchase and sale agreements.
Redemption agreements.
Asset purchase and sale agreements, Mergers and Acquisitions.
Entity formations, including shareholder agreements, operating agreements and partnership agreements.
Private placement of securities; Joint ventures.
This corporate law firm is based in Pennsylvania and was formed almost 25 years ago.
The main areas of practice are corporate-business, banking, oil-gas, litigation, personal injury, and elder law.
Community service undertakings are embraced at the firm throughout the year.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
