D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Delivery Consultant II for our Center Valley, PA location.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Manage Supplier Management Services (SMS) customer accounts for bulk data projects; analyze customer requirements; create and communicate project sizings; establish and monitor project timetables; write project specifications, participate in quality assurance of the final output and ensure output is consistent and compliant with customer contract.
Provide consultative support to Business partners and/or customers on custom solutions, evaluate and recommend alternatives and options that have a positive impact on customer experience
Provide on-going support to Sales partners and external customers on bulk data projects to expand their knowledge as it relates to the Delivery processes; determine feasibility of new opportunities; research issues involving data quality or potential service failures.
Manage customer account portfolio in the Supply Management Solutions.
Collaborate with both external and internal customers and partners to ensure a successful delivery of SMS Products
Position Requirements
4 year college degree in business management, Computer Science, or the equivalent in practical experience.
Broad D&B knowledge of marketing, credit, supply and analytical products. Prefer 2
years D&B experience.
Must be able to communicate (oral and written) complex order specifications in layman terms and have experience in establishing project schedules that may cross-organizational boundaries.
Must have experience in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and SQL. Data processing experience or technical aptitude a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
