Process Improvement Consultant

D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Process Improvement Consultant for our Center Valley, PA location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide visibility into business operations by mapping, at multiple levels of abstraction, various processes involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
Identify key performance characteristics of processes and quantify those characteristics.
Guide deployment of statistical analysis to develop insight enabling process improvements.
Facilitate the scaling of process monitoring by working with partners to identify and execute on opportunities for automation.
Work with business partners across functions to ensure awareness of findings and alignment on appropriate actions.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of business experience.
At least 2 years of experience in systematic process improvement using quantitative methods.
Ability to map/document complex processes having multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of flowcharting software is a plus.
Highly-effective communication and inter-personal skills.
Master degree is required. There is a preference for disciplines emphasizing quantitative analysis and problem solving (includes but not limited to: Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Operations Research, Statistics).
Knowledge in data analysis languages (e.g. R, SAS, Python) or tools (e.g. JMP, Minitab, SPSS, Tableau) is a plus.
Project Management experience is a plus.
