D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Sr Professional Tech Ops -/Sr. Collaborative Services Engineerfor our Center Valley, PA location.
The Senior Collaborative Services Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, deployment and support of our global Enterprise Desktop toolset including, but not limited to MS SCCM, MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Lync, MS SharePoint, SMTP (Ironport), PC Imaging, Domino Server, PC Backup, Endpoint Protection and Full Disk Encryption services to 7000+ team members worldwide.
Responsibilities of the Senior Collaborative Services Engineer include:
Administration of the collaborative services environments.
The planning, implementation and upgrade of D&Bs collaborative toolsets to keep team members at the leading edge of technology and available functionality.
Provide 2nd & 3rd line support to the helpdesk and other support teams for troubleshooting issues.
Day to day management and monitoring of the collaborative infrastructure with responsibility for disaster recovery, high availability, capacity planning & configuration management to deliver world class service availability.
Sustaining innovative solutions to Collaborative requirements from D&Bs many diverse business units.
Technical leadership and mentoring of others to provide backup and cross training within the team.
As a Senior Collaborative Services Engineer you will have the following skills:
A Minimum of 7 years experience building and supporting global, heterogeneous, cross-platform Enterprise environments.
Bachelors degree or equivalent technical qualification required; experience may substitute for education.
Strong proven experience & product knowledge of Enterprise systems including MS SCCM, MS Active Directory, PC Imaging, PC Backup, Endpoint Protection and Full Disk Encryption.
Experience with Enterprise systems including, but not limited to, MS Exchange, MS Lync, MS SharePoint, SMTP (Ironport) and Domino Server.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues under pressure.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others by developing and supporting presentation of ideas & recommendations.
Solid time management skills, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
Ability to work as part of a team with a specific focus on 2-way knowledge exchange to increase their own skillset and that of others.
Must be able to participate in a support rotation schedule to provide support across D&Bs suite of Network and Collaboration technologies and related infrastructure out of hours and be flexible for weekend working and a variable schedule as necessary.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
