D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Director/Senior Consultantfor our Center Valley, PA location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of innovative, strategic, transformational, cross-functional data enhancement initiatives for all D&B U.S. data and insight assets.
Direct external, third party and partner resources and internal cross-functional activities of highly skilled project and technical team members that support the ongoing data enhancement of D&B data and insight assets in order to achieve goals for database size, credit activity, and other desirable improvements.
Provide second-level data support for D&B Customers and Team members. Meet with Customers directly to help them gain the fullest benefit from D&Bs data and services.
Execute the D&B Road Map and vision and scope for the next generation of our U.S. data to drive revenue, performance quality and ensure operational efficiency, including new types of data and emerging capabilities for discovery, curation and synthesis of new data, insight & analytics. Responsible for delivering key metrics for the D&B Road Map.
Create and cultivate new productive relationships with data asset and technology business development executives in the information industry.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
8-10 Years of D&B and/or relevant business experience with 5-7 years analytical or technical experience. Demonstrated ability to interpret analytic output and provide strategic recommendations
Robust Market and/or internal D&B data knowledge Market capabilities; Industry Standards; emerging technologies, and analytics.
Strong Negotiation and Business Analysis skills. Able to work with senior leaders of D&B, Customer and Partner organizations to drive an understanding of strategy and to move collectively towards a desired point of arrival.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with other D&B functions, partners, outsourcers and especially with Customers.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver significant business outcomes that lead to improved process, productivity or product.
Strong influencing skills.
Strong Powerpoint presentation skills.
Competency in either/both of the following:
SAS ability to create original code for extract and manipulation of data. Experience analyzing large-scale customer databases and evaluating the results. or Ability to apply statistical concepts (e.g., significance testing, sampling, etc.) with ability to apply multivariate statistics (i.e., regression analysis, cluster analysis, CHAID, etc.)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
