Role OverviewAs a POS Software Consultant at Shift4 , you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch service and expertise to our diverse client base.
In this role, you will configure menus and train clients in the use of Shift4 products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
It's essential that you project a positive company image and provide exceptional customer interactions in both English and Spanish.
You will be expected to communicate effectively through various channels, including email, phone, ticket systems, and chat, and to develop a comprehensive understanding of the merchant processing industry.
ResponsibilitiesPerform menu programming and configuration of Shift4 point-of-sale applications.
Interpret customer menu data to create effective POS layouts.
Conduct customer menu presentations, in English or Spanish, showcasing programming.
Train merchants in system usage and configuration, in both English and Spanish.
Respond to inbound calls for programming assistance.
Monitor chat systems for merchant inquiries, providing support in English and Spanish.
Complete tickets and tasks related to POS programming.
QualificationsExcellent listening, oral, and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Friendly and enthusiastic personality with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
Resourcefulness and a strong motivation to learn.
Effective reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google office applications.
Experience with hospitality POS devices (preferred, but not mandatory).

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
