Job Summary The Account Maintenance team supports Shift4 Payments existing merchant portfolio.
They are responsible for a wide variety of database and 3rd party database updates/changes.
Each member is responsible for their work-load ensuring productivity and quality standards are met on a daily basis.
The Account Maintenance group is divided into Tiers:
Tier 1 and Tier 2.
The following is a highlight of daily responsibilities according to the Tier.
Complete on average 50-60 tickets daily Answer any tasks that need special attention Complete all Risk Closures Manage all W9 forms and 1099k issues Work Mocha rejects Handle Reg Hold emails Process Pricing/fee re-commands Process Reinstatement Forms Assist supervisor with any department training Process Opt Blue addendums and conversion requests Maintain Bar Rescue accounts All Curvepay updates Tupps Onboarding Adjust AVS setting Have working knowledge of these processes and train team members on them:
Bank Changes Rate changes Fee Changes and removals Legal name changes Add in fees for any additional terminals Address and telephone changes Retail/Moto Conversion Form SIC code changes Add authorize caller to the proprietary database Process cancellation Forms Seasonal activation forms DBA name, address, phone number, email Legal name change forms Manage Tasks in Titan Addendums (POS/ECHO) NOC report Pending Closure List Funding Time List Collection Closure List Contracts Pending Closure CS Fee Changes List Underwriting SIC Code List MRT Fee Changes List PSTA Closures Advantage Program Conversions Complete all Risk Closures Process Reinstatement Forms Process Opt Blue addendums and conversion requests Maintain Bar Rescue accounts All Curvepay updates ML Gateway Closures Skills & Qualifications o Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite o Strong typing skills with strict attention to detail a must o Experience with TSYS CBOS system or similar system a plus o Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills o Self-starter and must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentRequired Education and
Experience:
o High school diploma or equivalent is required o Knowledge of and ability to apply basic math skills required o Banking experience a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
