A POS Software Consultant is expected to work with our clients by promoting the highest level of service and professionalism.
They are required to configure menus and train on the usage of Shift4 products and services.
Shift4 Employees are expected to project a positive company image and experience through all customer interactions.
Team members are required to communicate through multiple channels such as email, phone calls, ticket systems, and chat systems.
Our team members are expected to acquire an in-depth understanding of the entire merchant processing industry as well as their role within the organization.
ResponsibilitiesPerform menu programming and configuration of Shift4 point of sale applications.
Required to be able to interpret a customer's menu data to provide an effective POS layout.
Hold customer menu presentations where you will showcase the customer menu programming.
Perform merchant training on using and configuring the system.
Answer inbound calls from merchants who need assistance with programming on a new system.
Monitor chat system for merchant questions.
Complete tickets and tasks related to POS programming tasks.
QualificationsExcellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Resourceful and motivated to learn.
Reasoning and problem solving skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Required Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google office applications.
Experience working with hospitality POS devices is beneficial, but not required.
About the Company:
Shift 4.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
