Job Description The primary responsibilities of the Manager, Compliance Business Partner include providing support to the Compliance Officer - Executive Director (EDCO) and Regional Chief Compliance Officer (RCCO) to define, implement, and lead the Olympus Compliance Management System for identified Olympus entities, divisions, business groups, or functions including the Global Therapeutic Solutions Division and Global Business Development. The incumbent will work in close alignment with the EDCO, Compliance department staff, and business group and function leadership to develop and continuously improve the Olympus Compliance Management System and will assist the EDCO in supporting and providing compliance direction and guidance to assigned Olympus entities, divisions, business groups, and functions to ensure employees have the resources needed to conduct their business with the highest level of compliance and integrity. Job Duties Assists the EDCO and Business Partners in enhancing further developing, implementing, maintaining, continuously improving, and leading Olympus's Compliance Management System to ensure that it:
Supports and promotes a company-wide culture of compliance; Enhances the reputation of Olympus and minimizes risks of non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and Meets or exceeds the standards set forth in published guidance from the U.S. Federal Government. Enhances overall compliance culture and program in the assigned business groups by building and strengthening relationships with key internal business partners. Supports the EDCO and Business Partners in providing day to day oversight and management of aspects of the Compliance Program for assigned Olympus business groups. Serves as a Compliance resource for and provides compliance direction and guidance to assigned Olympus business groups on a broad range of compliance obligations with policies, procedures written standards risks and risk minimization strategies actual and potential compliance-related issues continuous improvement opportunities and corrective actions. Assists the EDCO and Business Partners in the development revision and updating of compliance policies, procedures, and written standards and collaborates with business stakeholders in addressing their written standards and control documentation relating to or impacting the Olympus Compliance Program. Organize and manage Compliance due diligence assessments and integration plans in support of Business Development activities. Assists the EDCO and Business Partners in the development updating and delivery of compliance trainings and related communications for business stakeholders regarding the Olympus Compliance Policies and related risks. Proactively supports and performs risk assessments, monitoring, testing, and analysis processes to continuously evaluate risk areas and priorities to guide new compliance activities and continuous improvement efforts. Assists the EDCO and Business Partners in preparing the annual compliance work plan based upon compliance risk assessment of relevant functional areas of Olympus. Prepares and presents reports and dashboards to management regarding the Compliance Management System and key performance indicators to demonstrate Compliance Management System effectiveness. Possesses and maintains an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of international, federal, and state laws and regulations, as well as industry standards, trends, and developments applicable to operations of the entities, divisions, business groups, and functions supported. Job Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree and J.D., LLM, MBA or equivalent relevant knowledge and experience is required. Minimum of 7 years of compliance program or relevant legal experience is required; medical device pharmaceutical or life science industries experience with experience implementing compliance programs and an understanding of sales and marketing practices highly preferred. Other Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.):
Travel up to 30%. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficient understanding of fraud and abuse anti-kickback and other health care compliance laws rules and regulations applicable to companies in the Life Science space. Demonstrated project management skills and capabilities including coordination of requests for proposals. Strong analytical reasoning problem solving research and critical thinking skills in areas of heightened regulatory risks necessary. Computer Proficiency e.g. Office 365, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), Smartsheet, Internet, SAP, Concur. Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication skills, teamwork/collaboration, problem solving, strong presentation skills, strong organizational ability, results oriented, and adapts to and acts as a catalyst for change.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Life SciencesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
