Job Description As an integral member of the Respiratory Marketing team who manage capital and device products across the areas of diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy, lung cancer, and Bronchoscopic Lung Volume Reduction, the Senior Product Manager, Respiratory develops and executes the strategic business and tactical plans to direct the marketing and sales teams to achieve business results. Drives downstream projects to create & execute comprehensive plans to meet business objectives. This person should drive the achievement of business growth through market intelligence, focused market/competitive analysis, product positioning, development of marketing plans, product launches and training in coordination with relevant stakeholders within the organization. Leads Product Manager(s) providing guidance and direction for their respective work and development of their careers. Job Duties Leverage market understanding, market segmentation, product positioning, message development, channel identification, forecasting, tool and communication creation and execution to further business objectives. Support the creation and drive the fulfillment of the Respiratory commercialization plan while partnering with upstream, global and cross-functional team members. Serve as a clinical expert and functional advisor to external and internal customers. Develop a strong partnership with U.S. sales management and field. Provide insight and direction highlighting customer level opportunities and risks in our top accounts. Drive and execute required research to ensure a successful product launch. Research could be qualitative or quantitative, executed by internal or external resources, could involve hands-on evaluations in R&D or pre-clinical settings, and could require engagement with various global customer groups. Gain alignment with global franchise stakeholders on new business opportunities. Partner with global, cross-functional team members to support execution of franchise commercialization plans and approved projects while insuring key requirements are achieved. Track performance against objectives and plans, formulating new approaches and strategies as needed, including contingency plans for critical tactical plans. Identify best practices to address key business challenges and opportunities. Exhibit professional maturity and help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best. Identify and maintain relationships with HCP experts within the medical community, always following OAI s code of ethics and compliance guidelines. Define strategic relationships as they apply to meeting sales and market objectives. Other duties as assigned by team management. Job Requirements REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 7years of experience required; medical device experience preferred. PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Master's/MBA preferred Must have experience in downstream marketing (product launch/commercialization), field sales, field marketing, or clinical support. Upstream marketing experience (new product development) a plus. Experience within respiratory or pulmonary products or procedures a significant plus. Proven record of accomplishment in managing complex projects to successful completion. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a cross functional team. Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, including interactions with sales and senior customer personnel.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
